Before and after upper and lower blepharoplasty

These photos show a patient in her late 40s before and three months after upper and lower blepharoplasty surgery. one vial of filler was used to blend the eyelid-cheek junction during the postop period.

After surgery, she looks more youthful and less tired but doesn’t look fake or unnatural. Notice how much happier and more approachable she looks even though her facial expression is the same.
