These fees represent cosmetic surgery only and do not apply to insurance based surgeries which are usually fully covered.

Eyelid Surgery Costs

Upper blepharoplasty (in office): $3000

Upper blepharoplasty (in operating room): $3000 + operating room/anesthesia charges, approximately $1000-$1500

Lower blepharoplasty (in operating room): $4500 + operating room/anesthesia charges, approximately $1000-$1500

Upper and lower blepharoplasty (in operating room): $6500 + operating room/anesthesia charges, approximately $1600

Botox, Restylane and Juvederm Costs

Botox: $400-$650

Restylane, Perlane and Juvederm: $600 for 1st vial, $450 per additional vial
