Eyelid Surgery Costs

Upper blepharoplasty (in office): $3000-$3500

Upper blepharoplasty (in operating room): $3000-$3500 + operating room/anesthesia charges, approximately $1000-$1200

Lower blepharoplasty (in operating room): $4500 + operating room/anesthesia charges, approximately $1000-$1200

Upper and lower blepharoplasty (in operating room): $6500 + operating room/anesthesia charges, approximately $1500

Botox, Restylane and Juvederm Costs

Botox: $425-$675

Restylane, Perlane and Juvederm: $600 for 1st vial, $450 per additional vial
