Please note that all prices listed here are approximate and subject to change. An exact price will be provided at the time of your consultation. Operating room fees vary by facility. These fees represent cosmetic surgery only and do not apply to insurance based surgeries which are usually fully covered.

Cosmetic Consultation

Consultation Fee: $100. This fee covers an evaluation for cosmetic surgery, botox and/or facial fillers. The fee is deducted from the cost of treatment.

*** For a limited time only, Dr. Kapadia is offering free cosmetic consultations at his Wellesley Office. This applies to cosmetic consultations at this office only. Patients seeking consultation for reconstructive (non-cosmetic) surgery need to arrange for a referral through their medical insurance and will need to pay corresponding copayments for services rendered. ***

Eyelid Surgery & Blepharoplasty Cost

Upper blepharoplasty (in office): $3500

Upper blepharoplasty (in operating room): $3500 + operating room/anesthesia charges, approximately $1000-$1500

Note: The vast majority of patients having upper eyelid surgery have surgery in the office with local anesthetic only. Patients tend to be very comfortable with this procedure without intravenous sedation.

Lower blepharoplasty (in operating room): $4500 + operating room/anesthesia charges, approximately $1000-$1500

Note: Dr. Kapadia recommends that most patients having lower eyelid surgery have surgery in the operating room with intravenous sedation. Patients are much more comfortable this way.

Upper and lower blepharoplasty (in operating room): $6500 + operating room/anesthesia charges, approximately $1600

*** For a limited time only, we are discounting ALL surgeries by $500 for patients seen in our new Wellesley Office. This offer applies to patients who have had their initial consultation in the Wellesley office only. Patients who have been seen at another office already do not qualify for this discount.

Botox, Restylane and Juvederm Costs

Botox: $400 (1 area), $525 (2 areas), $650 (3 areas)

Most patients will find this pricing system is less expensive than paying by the amount of Botox used. Dr. Kapadia does not charge for "touch-ups" which are sometimes needed to optimize results.

Restylane, Perlane and Juvederm: $600 for 1st vial, $450 per additional vial

Dr. Kapadia personally performs all Botox and filler (Restylane, Perlane and Juvederm) injections.
